Besides the prestigious archaeological collections, the tour of the castle also takes in the <a href=\"http:\/\/saint-germain.us\/index.php\/p13a\/\">Gothic Sainte-Chapelle chapel<\/a> and a splendid internal courtyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In front of the castle spreads out a magnificent park featuring a landscaped garden great to wander around. Built by Le N\u00f4tre, the <a href=\"http:\/\/saint-germain.us\/index.php\/p17a\/\">Terrasse <\/a>(terrace) of the park &#8211; 2400 metres long and 30 metres wide! &#8211; offers an open view of the River Seine, the West of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.france-voyage.com\/travel-guide\/paris-departement.htm\">Paris<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.france-voyage.com\/tourism\/paris-defense-483.htm\">La D\u00e9fense<\/a>&nbsp;district.
